রিটার্ন এবং প্রতিস্থাপনের কারণ
নিম্নোক্ত কারণে রিটার্ন অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:
● ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি
● ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
● সাইজ সমস্যা

প্রত্যর্পণ নীতি
বর্তমানে Identic Outfit শুধুমাত্র Cash on Delivery (COD) পদ্ধতিতে অর্ডার গ্রহণ করে। তাই অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের পরিবর্তে এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা প্রদান করা হয়।
বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে কোম্পানির যাচাই ও অনুমোদনের ভিত্তিতে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হতে পারে।
নির্দেশ বাতিলকরণ
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগে গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। অর্ডার কনফার্ম এবং শিপমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার পর বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
সরকারি আইন
এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ ঢাকার আদালতের অধীন বিবেচিত হবে।
আইনি বিরোধ
ব্যবহারকারী এবং Identic Outfit-এর মধ্যে কোনো বিরোধ সৃষ্টি হলে উভয় পক্ষ পারস্পরিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করবে। প্রয়োজনে বিষয়টি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।

ক্ষতিপূরণ
